Find a potential collaborator in a large CS conference

This project was developed as part of a hackathon, with the goal of matching researchers across disciplines based on the frameworks and tools they use (so e.g. if somebody is v. advanced in utlising transformers in physics, they could collaborate with somebody who wants to use transformers for biology and has average experience with these architectures).
